- 2025-06-22T18:00:53Z · 5/5: This was a great place to house a lot of people. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday and there was 12 people. Lots of space for sleeping. Definitely an Uber ride to broadway but cost was reasonable.

The listing says 20 beds, but 5 of those are a living area couch, fold out chairs, and a game room couch. The group has a great time and the hosts were very responsive. Bread was meh.
