- 2025-06-09T20:52:01Z · 5/5: We had a large group that went down to Nashville and this place was perfect for us. Lots of beds and it was big enough that you never felt too cramped. There were a couple places to hang out so you could have a few different vibes going on. it was great.
- 2025-06-01T20:08:42Z · 5/5: Daniel's place was perfectly described in the listing and well suited for what our group was looking for. More than enough beds for a large party - there were 12 of us - with communal space and most of the supplies we needed for the trip. The place is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood with downtown only a short cab ride away and Vanderbilt / Centennial Park within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Great visit and would recommend for any large groups visiting Nashville!
- 2025-05-18T21:16:11Z · 5/5: Stayed for a bachelor party, and it was perfect for our situation. Lots of beds (many of them queen sized or larger), easy access to Broadway (15 min or less drive, high availability of Ubers), and parking at the unit. The built out garage was nice for a large group like ours since it provides a space in addition to the living room to hangout. Hosts were very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We took advantage of the early check in / late checkout and it was easy to coordinate. Overall this is a great option if you have a large group, don’t want to be split between 2 houses, and want something that is fairly priced relative to the size of the house and distance to broadway.
