hostaway

Had a group stay here for a long weekend and we loved it! The house had more than enough space for everyone, we spent most of our days just hanging out at the house. The host was great, clear instructions for check in/out and quick responses for any questions I had! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Ashley

airbnb

The stay was great and about a 10 minute uber ride to broadway depending on traffic. Perfect for our bachelorette party! It was a little difficult to get into the back door of the apartment building when we arrived, the door was a tad jammed so even after entering the code, the door didn’t open so we had to go around front to the main door. The pool is definitely smaller in person and not a standard size pool. Overall good stay!

Sarah

The place was cute and had an artsy vibe just like the pictures show. There was plenty of places to sleep and the bed mattresses were comfortable, but the top bunk bed in the guest room was not made nor had sheets on it.
We did have to contact Daniel about a slow drain in the tub and he had someone out within 30-35 minutes. The only thing we (a group of 5 women) would suggest to make the stay much better is to put up shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries on and to add a toilet seat lid so we could close the toilet seat to keep things from falling into the toilet. The bathtub was slippery and sits at a tilt towards the drain and could use a slip resistant tub mat for safety purposes. Also a rug to place on the floor so one won’t slip getting out of the shower. There was a few close calls of falls from this issue.
The pool is super tiny. We hoped to have a day in the sun but decided against it once we saw how small it was. I’d compare it to a hot tub in size. Overall stay 9/10

Stacey

We stayed for our friends bachelorette party and the space was perfect. Enough space for all of us and the cutest decorations. The make up area was perfect for getting ready through the day and to go out!

Erin

Gabriel

Had a great time with such a large group of friends and we were so close to everything without being surrounded by a lot of noise or commotion! Would definitely recommend!

Mackenzie

The property was amazing and slept 14 people comfortably! We loved the rooftop patio and utilized that area the most. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close proximity to all downtown Nashville activities. The only issue we ran into was a bunch of ants in the kitchen and second floor bedroom. Weren’t able to figure out where they were coming from. Other than that very appreciative of the property and had a wonderful time.

Cody

Celebrated my niece 21st birthday. Big enough place for us to all stay together.

Mandy

I cannot speak highly enough about this trip. Not only was the house pristine, but Daniel and his team were excellent hosts.
Whenever we had questions, we received prompt responses with detailed instructions. I would 100% recommend anybody looking to explore Nashville to stay here!

Colin

Easy to find & perfect for bachelorette parties. The space is very open and we were surprised with the size compared to the pictures. only 15-20 minute walk to broadway and a liquor store walkable right around the corner which was super convenient for us.

Alix

Great stay for a large party. Tons of free parking which is a huge plus in Nashville. It got a little hot inside the house but other than that it was a great stay. I’d recommend this place to others who are traveling with 12 plus people.

Kyle

House was great and location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying there if traveling with large group.

Tyler

House was clean, walking distance to down town and the hosts were extremely accommodating.

Andrew

This was a great place to house a lot of people. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday and there was 12 people. Lots of space for sleeping. Definitely an Uber ride to broadway but cost was reasonable.

Natalie

The place was absolutely perfect for our daughter’s 21st birthday! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The decor is adorable. He was a VERY responsive host!

Marla

Great location, easy communication with hosts, house was a lot of fun.

Riley

Great spot and was only a 10 minute uber to broadway.

Siler

Great place. Great host. Holes in the wall that were unexpected… but overall great!

We had a large group that went down to Nashville and this place was perfect for us. Lots of beds and it was big enough that you never felt too cramped. There were a couple places to hang out so you could have a few different vibes going on. it was great.

Simon

This is a large unit, with plenty of sleeping space for large groups. It is in close walking distance to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Daniel and his group of co-hosts are easy to contact and we’re always responsive to my questions or needs. They were friendly and easy to work with. Great value for the money.

David

Very nice easy to get to very clean host was very nice and helpful anytime we needed something he was easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay there again

Kimberly Jo

The house fit our large group well. We had fun being at the house and it was a short ride to music row and downtown.

Eric

Went for my cousins bachelor party and honestly the house was exactly what we needed. We had a few issues like the garage fridge not working, and the deck on the roof wasn’t in the best condition, but Noah was super responsive and even dropped off a cooler and bags of ice for us to make up for it. The space itself was great for what we needed and the location was a 10 minute Uber to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend staying at this spot for anyone going for a bachelor party or group trip with friends.

Nicholas

Scott

Kate

Great location, tons of room for bigger groups. Quick and responsive host.

Stayed here for a group trip. Walkable to Broadway (15-20 minutes). Gas station and restaurants nearby- be sure to check out Mr J’s for a pastrami and milkshake. Great layout- garage with pool table for hanging out, roof deck, and adequate beds. Would gladly stay here again!

Daniel's place was perfectly described in the listing and well suited for what our group was looking for. More than enough beds for a large party - there were 12 of us - with communal space and most of the supplies we needed for the trip. The place is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood with downtown only a short cab ride away and Vanderbilt / Centennial Park within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Great visit and would recommend for any large groups visiting Nashville!

Responsive hosts and good location just outside of downtown

Jarrod

This house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and lots of space to hang out with a big group. We had 6 cars and we all had a parking spot all weekend, so that wasn’t a problem! Although when we arrived the garage in the trash can was not taken out, the shower curtain/rod kept falling down throughout the weekend and the door knobs on the washer and dryer closet kept falling off. Daniel was very quick with responding the whole stay. Overall this house was 100% worth it and we would totally come again.

Alexandra

Anthony

Great place for a large group to stay. Walking distance to the main strip

Joshua

This spot was just a short walk to Broadway which was great. The pool table in the garage was good for the rainy day and we could have the garage door open for fresh air. Every room had its own bathroom which was ideal for 10 of us. Overall definitely would come back to this spot the next time we come to Nashville

Jenna

Perfect for a large group and super close to Broadway! The hosts were always quick to respond.

Regan

Great location! Close to Broadway by taxi or Uber. We walked to the ice rink where we played in a tournament. Lots of space! Great owners!

Robert

Went there for a bachelor party with a large groupe. It was exactly what we were looking for. The localisation was great, the host was responsive and helpful. Would definately recommend.

Renaud

This was a great stay for my group. Getting in was easy and the place was clean. Just about 12 minutes from Broadway. Was perfect for what we needed!

Austin

Stayed for a bachelor party, and it was perfect for our situation. Lots of beds (many of them queen sized or larger), easy access to Broadway (15 min or less drive, high availability of Ubers), and parking at the unit. The built out garage was nice for a large group like ours since it provides a space in addition to the living room to hangout.

Hosts were very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We took advantage of the early check in / late checkout and it was easy to coordinate.

Overall this is a great option if you have a large group, don’t want to be split between 2 houses, and want something that is fairly priced relative to the size of the house and distance to broadway.

Theo

Great spot near Broadway! Intended for bachelor/bachelorette parties for sure! Was the perfect place for our large group!

Liam

Great place for a Bach party. Close to everything and plenty of beds!

Julia

Daniel was very responsive to all of our groups questions and has a very clean house, that hosts a bunch of people comfortably, in an incredible location for anyone looking to head to Nashville. Close to the airport and broadway, this is an ideal spot to stay with a large group headed to the area.

Thomas

Perfect for our group! Loved being close but not directly in the downtown area.
Would definitely go again!

Great location, good communication and what we were looking for in the Nashville area. The place does need some handiwork as the sofa in the living room was broken, a bathroom lock was broken off and shower pressure was very low. Overall it served its purpose and we had a great time.

Louis

Nathan

Great spot for a bachelor party! Thanks for the great time!

Matt

We had a great time! The space held our group very well.

The only feedback would be that the A/C was not working in our favor during a pretty cold weekend and the front door was pretty difficult to lock and unlock which the hosts assisted me with pretty quickly.

The house itself was nice and the Ubers to and from broadway/midtown were not bad at all (maybe $20-$25).

Great space perfect for our large group! Plenty of beds and space for everyone, very clean and all amenities listed were readily accessible.

Anabelle

Large space was great for our big group! Kitchen was very nice. Place needs some maintenance done. Some of the furniture and doors were wobbly. I actually found a screwdriver and tighten up all the door handles. Front door was difficult to lock, kinda loose. Some of the darts, skeeball table and a fan were all broken. Lights on rooftop did not work. Cushions scattered all over the roof. Owners were friendly and responsive to messages.

Chad

Had a great stay the host were very responsive place was very clean and a great location. Would definitely recommend booking this place.

Gary

Great place for large groups in Nashville. The house was spacious and had everything we needed. The place could use some touch-ups, especially with some of the games posted on the listing, but I would definitely stay here again. Daniel and crew were excellent hosts.

Jeff

The place was great! Plenty of beds/baths for large groups. A lot of wear and tear on the place but I guess that is to be expected with large groups staying all the time.

Caden

Santiago

Overall - great location with great hosts who respond very quickly to questions or concerns. I do have to say the balcony is spacious, but not as big as it looks in the photos. Also, If you’re visiting during the summer time - plug the fans in right away! It took a few hours to cool the house down. You can find a fan in each bedroom closet. The house is perfect for big groups

El'Agance

This place is in a good location. Not walking distance to Broadway, but it’s only a 10 minute drive. The place needs additional maintenance with light bulbs out in several locations, touch up paint on the walls, cushions for the couch, etc. The pictures make the place seem a lot nicer and cleaner than it is. However, we all enjoyed our stay and had a great time!

Benjamin

House was amazing! Been to Nashville handful of times, this time for my Bachelor party - house exceeded expectations!! Extremely spacious; rooftop and game room were great additions to the house!

Alyssa

The house overall was okay, wasn’t as nice as the pictures, some broken stuff, and house was pretty dirty when we arrived. Poker set was dumped in the floor everywhere. We swept up a lot of dirt and dust off the main floor and had some leftover small trash in some of the bedrooms and bathrooms. Which it was a trip full of guys, it wasn’t the end of the world.
For 2/3 of our trip, the main floor and bottom floor had no AC. Half of the bedrooms had no AC. When we reached out to the host, Kurt was responsive and came over quick and tried to fix it. He also brought some fans over once I asked for some.
AC wasn’t fixed until our 3rd day, so we reached out asking about a partial refund since we had no ac for 2/3 of our trip. Kurt responded again quickly, but said he would have to reach out to Daniel. We never heard from Daniel and had to have Airbnb support help. Daniel refused the partial refund Airbnb suggested based off their policy, and offered less. Airbnb had to cover the rest.

Collin

I’m not one to write a bad review, but there were a lot of things wrong with this Airbnb. To start off, multiple cockroaches on the first floor. Missing one of the cornhole boards. The bathroom on the bottom floor doesn’t have a garbage in it. Some sheets/beds were stained. Lack of coffee mugs for a 12 person Airbnb. Almost all door handles were broken. Some basic maintenance and this would’ve been a great spot. Seems like they did the bare minimum.

Salvatore

Nice owner and great house! Would recommend

Dale

Chris

We had so much fun! LOTS of room for our bachelorette party. So many things to do here. And to top it off a nice rooftop balcony to sit outside on. Would 100 recommend this place to stay if considering a trip to Nashville!

Katie

Great stay! Only thing I have to complain about was the dishwasher was dirty and the rooftop wasn’t quite what I saw online. Other than that it was a great stay!

Shannon

such a great place to stay for a big group. Plenty of room for lots of guest and the garage and rooftop are perfect for hanging out with friends and family. Would definitely recommend. Long walk to broadway but Lyft was cheap and worth the drive down.

Loggan

Great location! Great communication! Awesome house with awesome views! Must have house for big groups!

Andy

13 adults fit comfortably but I don’t think we would have been able to fit any more adults. There was enough towels within the whole unit for everyone to have 1 washcloth and 1 large towel for drying. The ski ball machine didn’t have balls, the dart board was so worn out the darts wouldn’t stick anymore, there was no chalk for the pool table & only 1 of 3 sticks had a tip and there was only 1 board for corn hole game. This unit needs to be deep cleaned, maintenance and cosmetic touch ups. The cleaning crew spot cleans, there was old moldy cookies in the cabinet, confetti from previous renters on the floor in the living room, the rooftop had beer and water bottles all over and the pillows for the patio set was thrown all over (it doesn’t look like cleaning crew goes on rooftop). The unit is in a nice quiet area but not in walking distance to anything but a cheap Uber ride got you everywhere.

Brittany

Very clean. Perfect location. Would stay there again.

Deandre

Adriana

Went for my brother in laws 21st birthday and the house was perfect and had more than enough room! Daniel was a great host and got back to us with any questions we had!

We all enjoyed the place, it was closer to downtown and all major spots.

Chiranjeevi Santosh

Had a great time! We just wish there was more blankets in the house for how many beds there are!

Hannah

Communication, place and stay was perfect!

Fantastic spot for a large group. Close enough to just about everything in Nashville.

Braden

Daniel had a really nice place was very responsive and flexible with the check in-out times love the place would definitely stay again.

Kaleb

Beautiful place, very close to downtown. Quiet area. Host very friendly and helpful.
