hostaway

Had a group stay here for a long weekend and we loved it! The house had more than enough space for everyone, we spent most of our days just hanging out at the house. The host was great, clear instructions for check in/out and quick responses for any questions I had! Would recommend this place to anyone!

Ashley

airbnb

The stay was great and about a 10 minute uber ride to broadway depending on traffic. Perfect for our bachelorette party! It was a little difficult to get into the back door of the apartment building when we arrived, the door was a tad jammed so even after entering the code, the door didn’t open so we had to go around front to the main door. The pool is definitely smaller in person and not a standard size pool. Overall good stay!

Sarah

The place was cute and had an artsy vibe just like the pictures show. There was plenty of places to sleep and the bed mattresses were comfortable, but the top bunk bed in the guest room was not made nor had sheets on it.
We did have to contact Daniel about a slow drain in the tub and he had someone out within 30-35 minutes. The only thing we (a group of 5 women) would suggest to make the stay much better is to put up shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries on and to add a toilet seat lid so we could close the toilet seat to keep things from falling into the toilet. The bathtub was slippery and sits at a tilt towards the drain and could use a slip resistant tub mat for safety purposes. Also a rug to place on the floor so one won’t slip getting out of the shower. There was a few close calls of falls from this issue.
The pool is super tiny. We hoped to have a day in the sun but decided against it once we saw how small it was. I’d compare it to a hot tub in size. Overall stay 9/10

Stacey

We stayed for our friends bachelorette party and the space was perfect. Enough space for all of us and the cutest decorations. The make up area was perfect for getting ready through the day and to go out!

Erin

Gabriel

Had a great time with such a large group of friends and we were so close to everything without being surrounded by a lot of noise or commotion! Would definitely recommend!

Mackenzie

The property was amazing and slept 14 people comfortably! We loved the rooftop patio and utilized that area the most. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close proximity to all downtown Nashville activities. The only issue we ran into was a bunch of ants in the kitchen and second floor bedroom. Weren’t able to figure out where they were coming from. Other than that very appreciative of the property and had a wonderful time.

Cody

Celebrated my niece 21st birthday. Big enough place for us to all stay together.

Mandy

I cannot speak highly enough about this trip. Not only was the house pristine, but Daniel and his team were excellent hosts.
Whenever we had questions, we received prompt responses with detailed instructions. I would 100% recommend anybody looking to explore Nashville to stay here!

Colin

Easy to find & perfect for bachelorette parties. The space is very open and we were surprised with the size compared to the pictures. only 15-20 minute walk to broadway and a liquor store walkable right around the corner which was super convenient for us.

Alix

Great stay for a large party. Tons of free parking which is a huge plus in Nashville. It got a little hot inside the house but other than that it was a great stay. I’d recommend this place to others who are traveling with 12 plus people.

Kyle

House was great and location was perfect. I would highly recommend staying there if traveling with large group.

Tyler

House was clean, walking distance to down town and the hosts were extremely accommodating.

Andrew

This was a great place to house a lot of people. We celebrated my daughter’s 21st birthday and there was 12 people. Lots of space for sleeping. Definitely an Uber ride to broadway but cost was reasonable.

Natalie

The place was absolutely perfect for our daughter’s 21st birthday! Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The decor is adorable. He was a VERY responsive host!

Marla

Great location, easy communication with hosts, house was a lot of fun.

Riley

Great spot and was only a 10 minute uber to broadway.

Siler

Great place. Great host. Holes in the wall that were unexpected… but overall great!

We had a large group that went down to Nashville and this place was perfect for us. Lots of beds and it was big enough that you never felt too cramped. There were a couple places to hang out so you could have a few different vibes going on. it was great.

Simon

This is a large unit, with plenty of sleeping space for large groups. It is in close walking distance to Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Daniel and his group of co-hosts are easy to contact and we’re always responsive to my questions or needs. They were friendly and easy to work with. Great value for the money.

David

Very nice easy to get to very clean host was very nice and helpful anytime we needed something he was easy to get a hold of. We would definitely stay there again

Kimberly Jo

The house fit our large group well. We had fun being at the house and it was a short ride to music row and downtown.

Eric

Went for my cousins bachelor party and honestly the house was exactly what we needed. We had a few issues like the garage fridge not working, and the deck on the roof wasn’t in the best condition, but Noah was super responsive and even dropped off a cooler and bags of ice for us to make up for it. The space itself was great for what we needed and the location was a 10 minute Uber to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend staying at this spot for anyone going for a bachelor party or group trip with friends.

Nicholas

Scott

Kate

Great location, tons of room for bigger groups. Quick and responsive host.

Stayed here for a group trip. Walkable to Broadway (15-20 minutes). Gas station and restaurants nearby- be sure to check out Mr J’s for a pastrami and milkshake. Great layout- garage with pool table for hanging out, roof deck, and adequate beds. Would gladly stay here again!

Daniel's place was perfectly described in the listing and well suited for what our group was looking for. More than enough beds for a large party - there were 12 of us - with communal space and most of the supplies we needed for the trip. The place is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood with downtown only a short cab ride away and Vanderbilt / Centennial Park within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Great visit and would recommend for any large groups visiting Nashville!

Responsive hosts and good location just outside of downtown

Jarrod

This house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and lots of space to hang out with a big group. We had 6 cars and we all had a parking spot all weekend, so that wasn’t a problem! Although when we arrived the garage in the trash can was not taken out, the shower curtain/rod kept falling down throughout the weekend and the door knobs on the washer and dryer closet kept falling off. Daniel was very quick with responding the whole stay. Overall this house was 100% worth it and we would totally come again.

Alexandra

Anthony

Great place for a large group to stay. Walking distance to the main strip

Joshua

This spot was just a short walk to Broadway which was great. The pool table in the garage was good for the rainy day and we could have the garage door open for fresh air. Every room had its own bathroom which was ideal for 10 of us. Overall definitely would come back to this spot the next time we come to Nashville

Jenna

Perfect for a large group and super close to Broadway! The hosts were always quick to respond.

Regan

Great location! Close to Broadway by taxi or Uber. We walked to the ice rink where we played in a tournament. Lots of space! Great owners!

Robert

Went there for a bachelor party with a large groupe. It was exactly what we were looking for. The localisation was great, the host was responsive and helpful. Would definately recommend.

Renaud

This was a great stay for my group. Getting in was easy and the place was clean. Just about 12 minutes from Broadway. Was perfect for what we needed!

Austin

Stayed for a bachelor party, and it was perfect for our situation. Lots of beds (many of them queen sized or larger), easy access to Broadway (15 min or less drive, high availability of Ubers), and parking at the unit. The built out garage was nice for a large group like ours since it provides a space in addition to the living room to hangout.

Hosts were very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We took advantage of the early check in / late checkout and it was easy to coordinate.

Overall this is a great option if you have a large group, don’t want to be split between 2 houses, and want something that is fairly priced relative to the size of the house and distance to broadway.

Theo

Great spot near Broadway! Intended for bachelor/bachelorette parties for sure! Was the perfect place for our large group!

Liam

Great place for a Bach party. Close to everything and plenty of beds!

Julia

Daniel was very responsive to all of our groups questions and has a very clean house, that hosts a bunch of people comfortably, in an incredible location for anyone looking to head to Nashville. Close to the airport and broadway, this is an ideal spot to stay with a large group headed to the area.

Thomas

Perfect for our group! Loved being close but not directly in the downtown area.
Would definitely go again!

Great place to stay with a group of girls!! We loved the garage made into a huge vanity with all the mirrors for the girls to get ready & the place is beautifully decorated!

Teena

It’s a beautiful for home for large groups, lots of steps & a nice roof top. We had some issues with the cleaning it wasn’t very clean but they offered to have the cleaners come but we refused due to us having all of our stuff in there and not being there when they would come… They had fast responses and were willing to make it right! Overall it was a good stay!

Maddy

We had a fantastic stay at Daniel’s place! The airbnb was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Daniel was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. The location was perfect and quick Uber to Broadway. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

Shelby

Very nice place super close to broadway if it was warmer out we could have walked only about a mile away!

Emily

Daniel’s house was beautiful. We would certainly recommend.

Kevin

Great Stay, close to broadway but not always walkable

Mike

Very good location , only 20 minute walk to Broadway and less than a 5 minute uber ride. Lots of stairs so just be ready for them. Rooms were cute but the middle bunks are hard to get in and out of so would recommend using the others first. Cool communal space on top. Daniel and hosts were very quick to respond through text, was a little issue first night. One of the bedrooms locked when shutting it too hard so it took at 30-40 minutes to figure out how to unlock it from the outside, and they didn’t answer phone calls, but thankfully did answer the texts. Just be careful with the doors and your stay will be extremely fun! The front door was a tad of a pain to close and open but manageable.

Alanna

Great location, 15 minute walk from broadway or $5 Uber. Host was a little late to responding however everything else about the place was great. Plenty of beds, bathrooms, and space.

Patrick

It was such a fun home and a great location! The decorations were adorable and the rooms comfortable!! The rooftop was certainly a highlight! The closet full of colorful cowboy hats was also a nice addition :)))

Virginia

Location is fine. The Airbnb works for a group in Nashville but the pictures are definitely not what you actually get. Host was responsive until check in, during stay and after check out.

Breanne

This is a great place for a bachelorette party. There is plenty of space and bathrooms/showers. However, the basement annd the rooftop weren’t exactly how it was pictured. Some mirrors didn’t light up. There was no karaoke machine (I was so excited for this) - just a sing machine microphone that didn’t work. There were some minor cosmetic issues. The fire pit was out of kerosene. Trash outside was also knocked over when we arrived.

Aubrey

Could be cheaper, but fit the description and overall was a great experience.

Landon

great stay. hosts were communicative up until we actually got there. messaged multiple times regarding late check out as our flight did not leave until the evening with no response

Kaylee

Jayson

Great location that was safe and not too far from downtown. We had such a great time!

Hannah

Place was super clean and they communicated really quickly. Definitely recommend!

We got off to a rough start but we did have a wonderful weekend overall. When we first arrived there was only one roll of toilet paper in the home for a 3 night stay with 13 guests. The AC didn’t work and the house reached 80 degrees, it was not able to be fixed until about midnight. The house is not in the condition the photos show, it has seen a LOT of wear and tear. The beds were clean but the rest of the house could use a major deep clean and new interior paint. The water dispenser on the front of the fridge leaked. Host tried to caulk it but it still continued to leak. Bathroom on the main floor has a horrible smell. Kitchen stools were missing parts and pieces which ended up with my dad on the floor while sitting in one. The garage/get ready room is also extremely dirty! For the price I don’t think it was the best option but the location was a quick Uber to downtown and we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house anyways.

Payton

Great spot for a bachelorette party! We had minor issues during our stay but the host was super responsive and helpful! Close to everything! Ubers were always close by. Would definately stay again!

Jane

Overall, perfect place for a bachelorette party! So close to downtown, spacious for all of us! The getting ready room and rooftop deck were a great plus !

Katie

Loved the host! Super nice and responsive! The place was perfect for what we needed, HOWEVER super expensive and not the most clean. Some of the rooms had odd smells.

I couldn’t have been happier to have had my bachelorette party here. It was short Uber rides to downtown and to everywhere else we went really. The host was extremely responsive and helpful. This place was a VIBE!!! 🫶🏼

Corissa

Great bachelorette place! Convenient to everything. The location is a little sketch but still felt safe.

Gabriela

would highly recommend! great stay for a bachelorette party!

Daniel was great and super responsive. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop was a little messy with empty cans but you do share the rooftop with the other units. It’s all separated by walls so we never saw the other tenants but all units can access the rooftop. It wasn’t very walkable to much unless you wanted to walk over 20/30 min but Ubers were super cheap since it was so close. Super cute place for a bachelorette party. Plenty of beds and cute decorations. I would stay again.

Perfect place for the group to stay! Close enough to downtown that we were able to walk or enjoy a scooter ride!

Mercedes

Nice place to stay with a group. Easy walk to Downtown

Heidi

Antonette

This place was perfect for a post grad girls trip celebration! We loved it and felt right at home!

We had a great time at this location! Daniel was very responsive to all our questions and house was even cuter than pictures! The place had everything you could need, was in a great location, and clean!! We can’t wait to go back again!!

place was just like described. note there are lots of steps . nice location

Shannon

Great space, easily walkable to Broadway!

Tara

This place was perfect for my sisters bachelorette! Convenient location and very spacious - would definitely recommend and rent again!!
