Airbnb
This place was absolutely great for large groups. Was here for 21st birthday and there were plenty of beds for 13 of us. It was about a 10-15 min ride to Broadway It was challenging to get in contact with host and did not respond during my stay. The WiFi was very slow and did not work at times. The overall cleanliness was alright. We found mold in most bathrooms with most of the drains clogged and some stains on the sheets of the bed. Other than that we had a blast staying in this Airbnb and would definitely come again with another group!

Nicely sized house for a bach party. Overall comfy but needs some maintenance. It’s close by to everything so commutes were nice and short.

This house was perfect for a large group. There were plenty of beds and space to hang out. It was exactly what we needed to celebrate my 40th birthday! However, upon arrival, we found that the space had a few issues. The walls were scuffed up with dirt and a random sap-like substance, there were holes in the walls, and a lot of spots with peeling or ripped paint and lots of tape from previous parties. The AC was completely frozen; a block of ice. This was an issue fixed by the host. We found mouse poop in the cupboard with the oven mitts and a mouse actually ate through some of our groceries in the pantry. The mouse issue was mentioned to the hosts & we never received a response. The floor boards and steps were very dirty and the door knob to the deck in the king bed room was about to fall off. There was also a lot of mold on the shower curtain on the 3rd floor. We found 2 pieces of broken furniture as well. No toilet paper was provided or dishwasher soap; so be sure to pack your own.
