Had a group stay here for a long weekend and we loved it! The house had more than enough space for everyone, we spent most of our days just hanging out at the house. The host was great, clear instructions for check in/out and quick responses for any questions I had! Would recommend this place to anyone!

The stay was great and about a 10 minute uber ride to broadway depending on traffic. Perfect for our bachelorette party! It was a little difficult to get into the back door of the apartment building when we arrived, the door was a tad jammed so even after entering the code, the door didn’t open so we had to go around front to the main door. The pool is definitely smaller in person and not a standard size pool. Overall good stay!

The place was cute and had an artsy vibe just like the pictures show. There was plenty of places to sleep and the bed mattresses were comfortable, but the top bunk bed in the guest room was not made nor had sheets on it. <br/>We did have to contact Daniel about a slow drain in the tub and he had someone out within 30-35 minutes. The only thing we (a group of 5 women) would suggest to make the stay much better is to put up shelves in the bathroom to place toiletries on and to add a toilet seat lid so we could close the toilet seat to keep things from falling into the toilet. The bathtub was slippery and sits at a tilt towards the drain and could use a slip resistant tub mat for safety purposes. Also a rug to place on the floor so one won’t slip getting out of the shower. There was a few close calls of falls from this issue. <br/>The pool is super tiny. We hoped to have a day in the sun but decided against it once we saw how small it was. I’d compare it to a hot tub in size. Overall stay 9/10

The property was amazing and slept 14 people comfortably! We loved the rooftop patio and utilized that area the most.  The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Close proximity to all downtown Nashville activities. The only issue we ran into was a bunch of ants in the kitchen and second floor bedroom. Weren’t able to figure out where they were coming from. Other than that very appreciative of the property and had a wonderful time.

Easy to find & perfect for bachelorette parties. The space is very open and we were surprised with the size compared to the pictures. only 15-20 minute walk to broadway and a liquor store walkable right around the corner which was super convenient for us.

We had a large group that went down to Nashville and this place was perfect for us. Lots of beds and it was big enough that you never felt too cramped. There were a couple places to hang out so you could have a few different vibes going on. it was great.

This is a large unit, with plenty of sleeping space for large groups.  It is in close walking distance to Broadway and Nissan Stadium.  Daniel and his group of co-hosts are easy to contact and we’re always responsive to my questions or needs.  They were friendly and easy to work with.  Great value for the money.

Went for my cousins bachelor party and honestly the house was exactly what we needed. We had a few issues like the garage fridge not working, and the deck on the roof wasn’t in the best condition, but Noah was super responsive and even dropped off a cooler and bags of ice for us to make up for it. The space itself was great for what we needed and the location was a 10 minute Uber to everywhere we needed to go. Highly recommend staying at this spot for anyone going for a bachelor party or group trip with friends.

Stayed here for a group trip. Walkable to Broadway (15-20 minutes). Gas station and restaurants nearby- be sure to check out Mr J’s for a pastrami and milkshake. Great layout- garage with pool table for hanging out, roof deck, and adequate beds. Would gladly stay here again!

Daniel's place was perfectly described in the listing and well suited for what our group was looking for. More than enough beds for a large party - there were 12 of us - with communal space and most of the supplies we needed for the trip. The place is on a quiet street in a great neighborhood with downtown only a short cab ride away and Vanderbilt / Centennial Park within a 10-15 minute walking distance. Great visit and would recommend for any large groups visiting Nashville!

This house was perfect for our stay. Very clean and lots of space to hang out with a big group. We had 6 cars and we all had a parking spot all weekend, so that wasn’t a problem! Although when we arrived the garage in the trash can was not taken out, the shower curtain/rod kept falling down throughout the weekend and the door knobs on the washer and dryer closet kept falling off. Daniel was very quick with responding the whole stay. Overall this house was 100% worth it and we would totally come again.

This spot was just a short walk to Broadway which was great. The pool table in the garage was good for the rainy day and we could have the garage door open for fresh air. Stayed for a bachelor party, and it was perfect for our situation. Lots of beds (many of them queen sized or larger), easy access to Broadway (15 min or less drive, high availability of Ubers), and parking at the unit. The built out garage was nice for a large group like ours since it provides a space in addition to the living room to hangout.

Hosts were very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We took advantage of the early check in / late checkout and it was easy to coordinate.

Overall this is a great option if you have a large group, don’t want to be split between 2 houses, and want something that is fairly priced relative to the size of the house and distance to broadway.

It’s a beautiful for home for large groups, lots of steps & a nice roof top. We had some issues with the cleaning it wasn’t very clean but they offered to have the cleaners come but we refused due to us having all of our stuff in there and not being there when they would come… They had fast responses and were willing to make it right! Overall it was a good stay!

Very good location , only 20 minute walk to Broadway and less than a 5 minute uber ride. Lots of stairs so just be ready for them. Rooms were cute but the middle bunks are hard to get in and out of so would recommend using the others first. Cool communal space on top. Daniel and hosts were very quick to respond through text, was a little issue first night. One of the bedrooms locked when shutting it too hard so it took at 30-40 minutes to figure out how to unlock it from the outside, and they didn’t answer phone calls, but thankfully did answer the texts. Just be careful with the doors and your stay will be extremely fun! The front door was a tad of a pain to close and open but manageable.

Location is fine. The Airbnb works for a group in Nashville but the pictures are definitely not what you actually get. Host was responsive until check in, during stay and after check out.

This is a great place for a bachelorette party. There is plenty of space and bathrooms/showers. However, the basement annd the rooftop weren’t exactly how it was pictured. Some mirrors didn’t light up. There was no karaoke machine (I was so excited for this) - just a sing machine microphone that didn’t work. There were some minor cosmetic issues. The fire pit was out of kerosene. Trash outside was also knocked over when we arrived.

We got off to a rough start but we did have a wonderful weekend overall. When we first arrived there was only one roll of toilet paper in the home for a 3 night stay with 13 guests. The AC didn’t work and the house reached 80 degrees, it was not able to be fixed until about midnight. The house is not in the condition the photos show, it has seen a LOT of wear and tear. The beds were clean but the rest of the house could use a major deep clean and new interior paint. The water dispenser on the front of the fridge leaked. Host tried to caulk it but it still continued to leak. Bathroom on the main floor has a horrible smell. Kitchen stools were missing parts and pieces which ended up with my dad on the floor while sitting in one. The garage/get ready room is also extremely dirty! For the price I don’t think it was the best option but the location was a quick Uber to downtown and we didn’t spend a lot of time at the house anyways.

Daniel was great and super responsive. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop was a little messy with empty cans but you do share the rooftop with the other units. It’s all separated by walls so we never saw the other tenants but all units can access the rooftop. It wasn’t very walkable to much unless you wanted to walk over 20/30 min but Ubers were super cheap since it was so close. Super cute place for a bachelorette party. Plenty of beds and cute decorations. I would stay again.
